Enrollment Process

We are so happy you have chosen Meridian School. Please follow the links below to complete the Admissions and Enrollment Processes. You are welcome to contact us anytime if you have any questions or concerns.

Step 1: Complete the Enrollment Process

Please complete these items as soon as possible. Everything must be completed before the first day of classes.

  1. Read the Student Handbook and be sure that all policies are clearly understood by the student and their parent/s before signing the contract.
  2. Sign and return completed contract that was enclosed with your acceptance letter. Send to admissions@meridianschool.org or fax to 801-905-3179
  3. Send your tuition deposit as outlined in your contract to: Meridian School at 280 South 400 East, Orem, Utah, 84097
  4. Choose one of two tuition payment options:
    1. pay tuition in full by the first day of classes

      OR

    2. pay tuition monthly using NetDeposit (formerly PlanPay) NetDeposit Payment Form. This will be an automatic deduction from your checking or savings account. Contact the business office with payment decision.
  5. Download Enrollment Check-List to ensure that you have all the necessary forms required.
  6. Download the following forms as needed:

    Student Information Form

    Medical/Emergency Contact Release Form

    Health/Guardianship Status Form

    PHLOTE Survey

Submit your completed forms to admissions@meridianschool.org or fax to 801-905-3179

  • Sign and return completed contract that was enclosed with your acceptance letter. Send to admissions@meridianschool.org or fax to 801-905-3179
  • Pay $2,000.00 US non-refundable tuition deposit as outlined on your contract.
  • Once the tuition deposit is received by the school, the I-20 will be issued. The applicant will then need to take the I-20 to their US consulate for a Visa.
  • Download Enrollment Check-List to ensure that you have all the necessary forms required.
  • Download the following forms as needed:

    Health/Guardianship Status Form

    PHLOTE Survey

  • International students are required to carry US based health insurance coverage. Click here for insurance information

    If Homestay is needed, please do the following:

    1. Read the Meridian Homestay Program
    2. Read the Meridian Homestay Recommendations
    3. Download and Fill out the Student Family Homestay Questionnaire. Send this completed questionaire to Utah Homestay, Inc. katherinejhall@gmail.com
